Treat Williams ("Everwood") starred in this oddity way back in 1980 just after appearing in "Hair". Here he plays a compulsive liar and welfare department worker who tries to find the mother of a young boy (played by Gabriel Macht of "The Spirit" when he was a child), who was put up for adoption as an infant.
