I bought an interesting interlocking 11x14 black frame that was begging for a black & white drawing or painting. I remembered that Bob Ross once did a B&W gesso painting, coloring it with oil glazes. So, as a tribute to Bob Ross, I decided to use that technique (minus the oil glazes) to achieve my goals.
