Kerry Washington plays the role of Marybeth, a young transgender female, hustling to make enough money to pay for her gender reassignment surgery and support she and her "husband's" drug addiction. I thought Miss Kerry "I turn down roles all the time" Washington did a really good job portraying the reality many transgender women face daily with her usual amount of integrity and sincerity.
