The Flyers tied the game about 6 minutes into the 2nd period, and it seemed as if the game was destined for overtime. But, late in the 3rd, Alexander Mogilny feeds Jason Arnott who tried to one time the puck on net, but partially fans on it. The puck rolls across the front of the net and Patrik Elias lifts the stick of Dan McGillis and swipes the puck past Brian Boucher to put the Devils up 2-1 late in the 3rd!
