Portia de Rossi (and the cast of Fox's Arrested Development) wins Best Comedy Series award at the 2004 Emmy Awards on September 19, 2004. Ellen DeGeneres presented the cast (which included Portia) with the award. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were NOT together at this time, they were still with their respective girlfriends (Ellen with Alexandra Hedison and Portia with Francesca Gregorini).
